1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use HeartVeya. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and provide information that is reasonably accurate. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts for someone without permission, or use another member's account.

3. Respectful use

You must not use HeartVeya to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or exploit another person;
• send scams, deceptive requests, spam or repeated unwanted contact;
• publish illegal, abusive or non-consensual content;
• collect or misuse another member's personal information;
• attempt to bypass blocks, safety controls, rate limits or access controls;
• interfere with the website, accounts, servers or security systems.

4. Profiles, messages and user content

You remain responsible for information, photos and messages you submit. Only upload content you have the right to use. HeartVeya may restrict, hide or remove content where reasonably necessary for service operation, safety, moderation or legal compliance.

5. Verification

Verification features can improve trust but do not guarantee a member's identity, intentions, background or future behaviour. Members should continue to use reasonable care when communicating or meeting.

6. Reports, blocks and enforcement

HeartVeya may review reports and may warn, restrict, hide, suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, enforce these rules or comply with law.

7. Service availability

HeartVeya may change, maintain, suspend or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

8. Safety when meeting

Use your own judgment before sharing private information or meeting another member. Consider meeting in a public place, telling someone you trust where you are going and avoiding transfers of money or financial credentials to people you meet through the service.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as HeartVeya develops. Material changes should be communicated appropriately before they take effect.
